About Me
Husna Nugrahapraja was born in Indonesia. I graduated from School of
Life Sciences and Technology, Institut Teknologi Bandung (Indonesia) in
2012 with an MSc. in Biotechnology and finished my PhD in
Agrobiodiversity Program at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna Pisa, Italy.
Currently, I'm working as a post-doctoral fellow at the Banana Research
Group, Bioscience and Biotechnology Research Center, Institut Teknologi
Bandung, Indonesia. I'm working with NGS data intensively as my core
expertise, especially in genomics and transcriptomics.
